In Honor of a True American Hero
Spc. James Wilkerson "Will" Gardner
July 10, 1983 - April 10, 2006
Gardner was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 101st Aviation Regiment, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division Air Assault in Fort Campbell.
Ky Ride Captain, Ted Seamon, did a wonderful job today.  Couldn't even tell that it was his first mission as Ride Captain.  He is a natural.
Staging was held at the Glasgow Lowes.  Several showed up to pay their respects to this fallen soldier and his family.
The Glasgow Police Department gave us an escort to the Cemetery.
Time to prepare the
Tunnel of Honor

I was honored to be a part of this great group of people today.  The Patriot Guard Riders have now became family to me.  I don't believe I will ever forget this day.....the feeling that I had as the family members and the military members came down that long line and shook each of our hands and thanked us for being there; that is a feeling that no words can describe.  My prayers will continue to be with the family of Spc. Will Gardner.
