I didn't get their names, but 2 soldiers drove over, got out of their car and went all the way down the line hugging the women and shaking hands with the men to show us how much they appreciate what we were doing.  When really the "Thank You" should be going to them for their service to our Country!!  That is what we try to do when we go on Missions -----  "Let Them Know We Care"!!

As it appears....this picture came out very well!!  And looks like I was really having fun with the hugs...lol

And yes, Jeff got a hug too!!!  lol

Yes, Heather ran across the street to get pictures.  Some told her that it reminded them of the game "Frogger"...lol

Even now as I look back through these pictures, I still get cold chills.  I can still here the horns honking and the people yelling out their windows.  It was such an Honor for me to be a part of this.

By the looks of this van....a Dad just arrived home safely!!

Some of the pictures were taken so far away the expressions  are hard to see, but as you can tell these guys were very glad to see us there!!

Now that's the way that an 18 Wheeler is suppose to sound!!

It's hard to tell what happened in these two pictures too.....the guy in the black gets the other guys attention to tell him to look.

This guy (in uniform) pulls up behind us.....in the first picture he is telling us Thank you.....in the second picture he is showing the "Thumbs Up" sign.  Moments like this makes it all worth while!!!

Talking about some Soldiers that were happy to see us........well those guys were!!!

Close to the end of the day....this family came over and just wanted to stand with us.  The older girl came over and held a flag for a few minutes before it was time to leave.

This is the girl that kept riding by taking pictures out the window with her cell phone....finally she just decides to come over and get a close up.

This Mission is now complete, but there will be many more ceremonies for our fallen heroes.  If you have never attended an Eagle Remembrance Ceremony, you should.  And if you would just like to come show your support to our troops by just standing and holding a flag....just come on over the 2nd Wednesday of next month and join us.  Words can't explain the honor felt when those soldiers and their families drive by honking and waving to show us how much they appreciate it.  After all, they are the ones that have sacrificed so much for US!!!  Please come and help us "Let Them Know We Care".
